We really need YOUR help on Saturday, August 2nd, from 8am-12noon to get our stadium ready for another winning season!
Parents and students, will you help us spread the word? We’ll be cleaning up the stadium area: field, bleachers, and concession stand included. Bring enthusiasm, work gloves, gardening equipment, smiles, brooms, weed eaters, weed spray, can-do Mustang spirit, scrub brushes, etc.
Our annual membership drive is one of the main ways we raise money to support MCHS athletic programs, encourage outstanding achievement of student-athletes, and provide exceptional player and fan experiences at MCHS athletic events.

Rent-A-Mustang is a painted Mustang with your student athlete’s name, sports and number on the walkway leading to the MCHS stadium!
Each painted Mustang is $100 and your payment goes directly to the team account(s) of your choice. The Mustang will remain on site from August 2014 to June 2015 and may have a maximum of 20 characters for the name of your student athlete.
The application and check MUST be sent to Laura Lisicki through regular mail, since the post date will be used to determine order of receipt, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once the north stadium entrance spots are sold, we will offer the painted Mustangs on the walkway from the community center to the players’ entrance, again on a first come first serve basis. Note that checks will be returned if spots sell out.

The Stampede 5K is a USAT&F certified and timed course with the start and finish in the Mustang Stadium at Middle Creek High School. The 5k will start at 2:3o p.m. Sunday, May 4. The Mustang Mile will begin about 3:30 p.m. on the stadium track following the 5k.
All proceeds benefit the MCHS Stampede Club’s efforts to support 33 athletic teams and the student-athletes at the high school.

Raffle tickets will soon be on sale for your chance to pick your parking space in the Middle Creek lot and get free lunches at the Millpond Village McDonald’s once a week for the entire school year.
Tickets for the Top of the Lot raffle will be on sale at May 2 International Festival and at all lunches May 7-9. Only Middle Creek students are eligible. Other restrictions apply.
The drawing will be held May 19. Proceeds benefit the MCHS PTSA and Stampede Club.

Stampede Club scholarship applications are now available in the student services/ guidance office. They also can be downloaded from the Scholarships page of our website.
Completed forms should be returned to guidance no later than Friday, April 25, 2014.
All student athletes,trainers,managers and cheerleaders who are graduating in June 2014, and meet the scholarship criteria, are eligible to apply.
- Student must be accepted to a two or four year college/university and have attained a minimum GPA of 2.0 while a high school student.
- Student must have participated in an athletic sport as a player,manager,or trainer.
- Student must have exhibited good sportsmanship in athletics while a MCHS student and attended Middle Creek High School during their Senior year of high school.
- Student must have performed an approved Community Service.
The next meeting of the Stampede Club board of directors will be a regular meeting. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12.
The general membership meeting, at which officers are elected, will be moved to Wednesday, April 9.
