Regular meetings of the Stampede Club’s board are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Stampede Club members are welcome to attend these board meetings and encouraged to participate in discussions and volunteer their time to support Club activities.
General Membership meetings of the Stampede Club will be held four times during the year and are tentatively planned for September, December, March and May. These meetings will offer opportunities to celebrate the accomplishments of teams and outstanding student-athletes, provide updates on the activities and finances of the Club, and address important issues that require the vote of the Club’s general membership. Dates and times for these gatherings will be determined early in the school year and posted on the Club’s website. We will also send meeting announcements in advance of each meeting.
