The Stampede Club raises money to support MCHS athletic programs, encourages outstanding achievement of student-athletes, and provides exceptional player and fan experiences at MCHS athletic events.
The Stampede Club provides funds for six $1,000 college scholarships annually, financial assistance to MCHS teams for player development, uniforms and equipment, support for athletic field and facility improvements, and support for coach development and recognition.
Come out and join us, and experience the satisfaction of being a part of our students’ athletics programs. This is a great opportunity to meet and socialize with other parents and make new friends with common interests.
Basic membership ($20) entitles you to voting privileges, but does not include admission to games.
Student ($50), Individual ($75) or Family membership ($175 for up to 5 family members) in the Middle Creek Stampede Club gives you admission to any regular season home JV or varsity game, in addition to member voting privileges. Passes cannot be used for post-season and endowment games, under conference and NCHSAA rules.

8/30 – in the Commons area after school (before the Creek Crazies meeting)
8/30 – first home JV football game
9/4 – Meet the Teacher/Open House
9/7 – Varsity football game
9/12 – Stampede Club General Membership Meeting
9/14 – Varsity football game

NSF Policies
Any individual or business that issues a check to the Stampede Club with insufficient funds will be charged $10. The individual/business will be notified via email, phone or regular mail by the Treasurer of the Stampede Club, an MCHS Coach that collected the check, or a Stampede Club committee member that collected the check.
The Stampede Club Treasurer will be responsible for contacting payor bank to verify adequate funds for re-deposit. If this fails 3 times, Treasurer will notify the Coach for write off and/or collection of original check amount. The Coach will also be responsible for collections of $10 NSF fee. The club ill charge the Team Account for the $10 NSF fee.

Membership fees may be tax deductible! See IRS Publication 526 for more information on deductibility of membership fees and dues or consult your tax advisor.

I was looking for the forms for the all year access passes. I was able to get them in the front office last year at school, but they didn’t have them. I was wondering if you could email me a form so that I can send in the money and receive them. Thank you!
